Currently, E-Top has two main warehouse which covers an area of 4,000 sqm.
Constant temperature&humidity warehouse
Building a constant temperature and humidity warehouseis a key measure to ensure the stable quality of sensitive components such as MCUs and diodes before assembling a good quality thermostat. This is also the most critical but easily overlooked measure for the finished product defect rate of thermostats.
We're bringing a real-time monitorying system with automatic control of humidty and temperature via the Air Conditioning and Humidifier/De-humidifier. When the temperature&humidity exceeds the range, the light and voice alarm will give real time alert to the App to take corresponding measurements. By using a thermostat/thermo meter, all the temperature data are uploaded to E-Top's server for history records. The process is quite important to eliminate a component fail before they're sending to the surface mounting process.
Intelligent warehousing systems can improve access efficiency, reduce labor costs, and optimize inventory turnover rates.The improvement of monitoring systems, such as shelf grounding monitoring, is crucial to ensuring storage safety and preventing electrostatic damage.
Product classification and storage warehouse:
Storing the casings, packaging materials, LCDs, etc. of OEM and ODM heating room thermostats ,separately will help keep the products tidy and reduce confusion.A clear first-in-first-out (FIFO) principle ensures product freshness and avoids overstocking and expiration.Isolation of defective products is an important step to prevent problematic products from entering the market, helping to maintain brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
Besides our own warehousing control, E-Top's also happy to provide constant temp.&humidity thermostat control solution to the customer application e.g. cellar ， cold storage , hospital BMS communication by the IR/ BUS/ Bacnet/ KNX intallation. The Plan for the future
